These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bulurang Android app and related web pages (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Bulurang helps you save and organize items, including photos, notes, lists, categories, and reminders, so you can find them later.

2. Ads

The Service displays ads using Google AdMob. Ads help us provide and maintain the Service.

3. Eligibility

The Service is not intended for children. You must be legally able to use the Service in your country.

4. Accounts and sign-in

You may sign in using Google Sign-In via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device, and for activity that occurs through your use of the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access data you do not own.
  • Interfere with the Service (including ads or authentication), introduce malware, or run abusive automation.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law.
  • Use the Service to violate third-party rights or upload illegal content.

6. Your content

Your content includes the photos, notes, lists, categories, reminders, and other information you create in the Service.

  • Ownership: you retain ownership of your content.
  • License to operate the Service: you grant Bulurang a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content as needed to provide the Service (for example, displaying it to you in the App).
  • Your responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you add.

7. Intellectual property

The Service (excluding your content), including software, design, and branding, is owned by Bulurang and protected by applicable laws.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services such as Google AdMob and Firebase Authentication. Third parties may apply their own terms and policies, and Bulurang is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulurang will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the security, integrity, or availability of the Service.

You can delete your account using the in-app “Delete Account” feature.

12. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction (Türkiye)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts and enforcement offices in Türkiye.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
