This page explains how to delete your Bulurang account and what happens to your data. If you need help, contact support@bulurang.com. For privacy or data protection requests, contact dataprotection@bulurang.com.

Automated service emails may be sent from noreply@bulurang.com (not monitored).

1. Delete your account in the App (recommended)

1. Open the Bulurang app.
2. Go to Settings (or Account).
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps.

2. What will be deleted

When you delete your account, we delete:

• Your Bulurang sign-in record in Google Firebase Authentication (including your Firebase UID and sign-in association).

3. What may remain on your device (and how to remove it)

Your items (photos, notes, lists, categories, reminders) are stored on your device. After account deletion, this on-device content may remain until you remove it. To remove it, you can:

• Delete items inside the App, and/or
• Uninstall the App, and/or
• Clear the App’s storage in Android system settings.

4. How long deletion takes

Account deletion is usually processed promptly after you confirm deletion in the App. In some cases, completing deletion may take up to 30 days (for example, for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance).

5. If you cannot access the App

If you cannot access the App (for example, you lost your device), email support@bulurang.com and include:

• The email address used for Google Sign-In, and
• A short request to delete your Bulurang account.

We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

6. Ads data

Bulurang shows ads via Google AdMob. Ad-related data is processed by Google under Google’s policies. Bulurang does not sell your data.
